This stands for "textile layers combining" or the combination of technical textiles and is thus both the name and the program. We are a group of companies and have been dealing with graphic design, digital printing, textile printing, technical clothing, advertising/lighting and media technology as well as the installation of our products in the indoor, outdoor and industrial sectors for 35 years.

We can standard, have sufficient expertise, but we are happy to take on new challenges that will come our way. TEXLAY sees itself as a service platform, and offers an A-Z service for customers from industry, architecture, advertising, trade fair and store fitting, and space planning for e.g. events, offices, gastronomy and educational institutions.

Ideas & technical

There are 16 textile research institutes in the Federal Republic of Germany which ensure top developments and make Germany the world market leader in innovations in technical textiles. 

The predominantly medium-sized suppliers from the domestic market ensure an extensive material supply and cover every conceivable need. 

A wide variety of technical textiles are being considered for more and more new areas of application. Freely formable stenter frame systems enable the combination of different materials in several layers. Flexible light / media / presentation technology can be integrated. In interior design, technical textiles are being considered for more and more new areas of application. Freely formable frame systems allow the combination of these materials in several layers. This creates new products with multiple uses. For example, a large-area wall design can be equipped to be heat-insulating, sound-absorbing and light-emitting. Modern LED light and presentation technology can be integrated into the systems if required.

XL textile digital print, emission-free on Öko Tex materials, aluminium frame systems, acoustic images and partition walls, partition curtains, EMF radiation protection walls, light boxes, surface light.

In outdoor areas, more demanding requirements arise in terms of materials, fabrication and installation. We can look back on 25 years of experience in the field of technical confection and know the challenges in the open air. We plan and think from the end and ask: What do we fix where and how and what does the statics prescribe? In contact with technical planners and architects, we develop solution proposals. At the same time we want to act more ecologically and recommend, for example, to replace PVC products with recyclable materials according to ÖKO Tex standard.

We manufacture and install:

XL large pictures, frame technique, XL flying pictures, freestanding, construction signs, sun / weather protection systems, construction fence and scaffolding cladding.

The industry places various tasks on the area of technical clothing, such as thermal separation, darkening, visual protection, weather protection, EMF radiation protection, dust protection or sound absorption.

Here there are no "off-the-peg products", we manufacture and install exclusively on site and use a variety of technical textiles. Our long-standing suppliers produce according to DIN ISO Standard / Reach conform and are located in the immediate vicinity of our site.

With our "tarpaulin hall partitions" you can quickly and flexibly divide your production rooms into individual work areas or protect areas from internal and external influences, e.g. draughts, cold bridges, dust, odour, noise, humidity, etc.
